Shipping policy

Current turn around time (TAT) for bows is 2-15 business days. TAT for clothes is 10-25 business days. If ordering both bows and clothes, the order will ship together within that 25 business day TAT. TAT starts from the time the order is submitted to the time it ships. It does not include shipping times. TAT does not include weekends or holidays. Here are Pamela James Boutique, we are determined to get products out much faster than the current TAT. 

All shipping is done via USPS.

If you are located outside of the USA, please send us an email at pamelajamesboutique@yahoo.com  and we will calculate shipping prices and get some amazing products out to you.

USPS claims

• If your order has not moved in 3 days please contact us and we will take care of any claims and speaking with USPS.
• If your order arrives damaged by the mail carrier, please contact us at pamelajamesboutique@yahoo.com within 24 hours to insure all claims are done in a timely manner.
• Once orders that are deemed lost and claims have been issued by the mail carrier, then they will be eligible for replacements.

Please note: We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline a store credit "refund". Once items are marked delivered by the carrier, Pamela James Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. 

Damage Claims: All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, all damage claims will be considered null and void.
