Refund policy

All items at Pamela James Boutique are handmade. Here, we strive to provide high quality items. We want our customers to be happy. That being said, if you have any questions about our products, please do not hesitate to ask before purchasing. The most common issue that could arise is the ordering of the incorrect size. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure the correct size is ordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos required. All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, all damage claims will be considered null and void. 

 

Refunds

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns unless there has been a mistake on our part and is decided on a case by case basis.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automictically awarded store credit. We do not give refunds.
